"Origin: from Latin origo, "the source". All obedient phenomena to laws that explain the appearance and development of things."
Skillfully combining acoustic, electric and electronic instruments, the repertoire of A.O.N.C. trio is rich and intriguing, apart from the styles and labels that constrain music to a space to which it cannot belong. It is this need to lose control, to be drifted beyond the appellations and references that inspires the original compositions of the trio.

AONC Trio
If there’s one thing that we don’t control, it’s where we come from. Our origin … On the other hand, it is up to us to take advantage of our heritage and our learnings in order to try to chart new paths.
This is how three eclectic musicians, Guillermo Guillén, Alex Carrasco and Jérémy Lacoste, meet and create A.O.N.C. trio in Bordeaux in 2017. With their great artistic and scenic experience in their respective fields, they decided to pool their musical universes: flamenco, hip hop, jazz-fusion … and to break down the barriers.
In October 2017, A.O.N.C. trio won the DG Cajon Contest 2017 competition, “Best Group Performance” category. “Denomination of Uncontrolled Origin”, the trio’s first EP (4 titles) was released in October 2018.
