In 1911 Joaquin Turina, Sevillian composer, lives in Paris; he likes to remember the sevillan nights spent listening to and seeing the cantaores (singers), tocaores (guitarists) and bailaores (dancers) of flamenco in the cantantes cafes of the city (sort of flamenco cabarets of the 1930s).
